After seeing a Food Network host create hot sauces, Tony Spivey decided to try and make his own. It was a hit with his friends and a local Mexican Restaurant. Soon the would come together for "Sauce Day" once a week to create hot sauces that everyone would take home. Many people in the community wanted to get their hands on these sauces and they needed to expand.
