Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We want you to be happy with your purchase! However, due to the nature of some products, we can only accept returns for unopened and unused items within 14 days of purchase.

Returns Process:
Visit our Contact Page and send us a email. Provide order details and reason for return. You will receive a email with return instructions.

Ship the unopened, unused item in its original packaging with the RA number and proof of purchase to:

Shipping Costs:
You will need to pay the return shipping fee, and depending on the situation a 19% restocking fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 5 days of delivery. Contact Page

Online Order Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. A 19% restocking fee may apply if the order has already been processed.

Proof of Purchase:
A copy of your order confirmation or receipt is required for all returns.

Refunds & Exchanges

• Online Orders (Shipped): Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
• In-Store Pickup & Purchases: For items picked up or purchased in-store, we offer store credit or exchanges upon inspection and warranty determination.

Warranty:
Our warranty process helps determine eligibility. We may request the original packaging for supplier claims. Troubleshooting, inspections, and testing may take up to 30 minutes in-store.

Exceptions:
Sale items and gift cards are final sale. Perishables, custom products, and personal care goods are not returnable.

Final Sale Items If opened:
E-juice, Tanks, Coils, Drip tips, Rebuildable products, Batteries, Accessories, Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases cannot be returned.

Online EU 14-Day Cooling Off:
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
