In-Store Pickup Only

Skitch GmbH operates strictly as a physical retail store and does not offer shipping or delivery services. We do not ship locally, nationally, or internationally. All purchases made through our website are strictly available for in-person collection at our shop.

  • Pickup Location: Neue Amberger Str. 54, 92655 Grafenwöhr, Germany

  • Processing Time: Orders are ready for pickup within 1 hour during business hours. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your items are prepared.

  • Store Pickup Hours:

    • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 10:00 – 18:00

    • Wednesday & Saturday: 10:00 – 14:00

    • Sunday & German Public Holidays: Closed

  • Pickup Requirements:

    1. Proof of purchase / Order confirmation email (digital or printed).

    2. Valid government-issued photo ID.

    3. Valid proof of age (18+) for age-restricted items upon collection.

Why We Do Not Ship

Due to extensive European Union directives, German statutory regulations (Zoll), and rising cross-border customs costs, we have fully discontinued all parcel dispatch and distance shipping. Our catalog contains several product categories subject to strict domestic and international restrictions:

  • Excise Goods & Spirits (Moonshine / Alcohol): Cross-border distance selling of alcoholic spirits within and outside the EU is governed by strict excise duty laws (Verbrauchsteuer), EMCS tracking, and stringent fiscal warehouse requirements, making parcel shipping unfeasible.

  • Food & Specialty Imports (Hot Sauces): Specialized hot sauces, imported consumables, and food products are subject to complex EU/German food safety, labeling compliance, and phytosanitary import certifications.

  • Restricted & Regulated Inventory: E-liquids, vape hardware, lithium batteries, and spray paints carry hazardous goods transport limitations and age-verification compliance mandates.

  • Customs Rules & Higher Parcel Costs (Zoll / EU Customs Reform): Updated EU customs regulations and German customs enforcement have eliminated previous small-order duty exemptions, introducing mandatory customs fees, handling surcharges, and comprehensive electronic filings on parcels. These changes significantly inflate shipping costs and introduce heavy administrative burdens for customers and sellers alike.

To protect our customers from surprise customs fees, avoid border delivery delays, and guarantee 100% legal compliance, all items are sold exclusively via local store pickup. We do not support third-party courier dispatch or freight forwarding.

Unclaimed Orders

Please collect your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your pickup notification. Orders left uncollected after 14 days may be cancelled and refunded according to our standard Refund & Return Policy.
