Official Compliance and Product Standards StatementSkitch Store Policy: Full Compliance with US Armed Forces Regulations and German Law

1. Overview Skitch operates in strict adherence to all applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Germany and regulations governing US Armed Forces personnel stationed abroad. Skitch does not stock, sell, offer, or distribute THC, Kratom, or any other products deemed illegal or prohibited by the German government or the United States government pertaining to the US Armed Forces.

2. Prohibited Product List Skitch explicitly prohibits the sale, stock, and distribution of the following items:

• Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) & Derivatives: Delta-8 THC, Delta-9 THC, Delta-10 THC, THCP, and all related psychoactive compounds.
  
• Kratom (Mitragyna Speciosa): All raw powders, extracts, resins, teas, capsules, or products containing kratom-derived alkaloids (mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine).
  
• Hemp and Hemp Derivatives: All hemp-derived products, oils, and edibles.
  
• Cannabidiol (CBD): All forms of CBD products (ingestibles, topicals, or inhalants).
  
• Hexahydrocannabinol (HHC): All HHC variants, isomers, and semi-synthetic derivatives.
  
• Synthetic Cannabinoids: "Spice," "Zombie Juice," synthetic THC, and all related synthetic psychoactive substances.
  

Skitch explicitly opposes the manufacturing, sale, and use of synthetic cannabinoids and prohibited botanical substances due to severe health risks and legal prohibitions.

3. Governing Legal & Regulatory References US Armed Forces Regulations Active-duty military personnel, reserve components, and Department of Defense (DoD) civilians are governed by strict prohibitions regarding cannabis, THC, Kratom, hemp, and synthetic substances:

• UCMJ Article 112a (10 U.S.C. § 912a): Strictly prohibits the wrongful use, possession, manufacture, or distribution of controlled substances, including marijuana and THC derivatives.
  
• UCMJ Article 92: Addresses failure to obey lawful orders or regulations regarding prohibited substances.
  
• DoD Policy & Service Directives: Explicitly prohibits service members from consuming or possessing hemp-derived products, CBD, Delta-8 THC, Kratom, or synthetic cannabinoids, regardless of local civilian legality.
  
• Army Regulation (AR) 600-85: Explicitly bars soldiers from using hemp, CBD, Delta-8 THC, Kratom, synthetic cannabis, or synthetic psychoactive blends.
  
• DAFMAN 44-197 & ALNAV 057/19: Prohibits Air Force and Navy members from using products derived from hemp, Kratom, or synthetic cannabinoids.
  

German Federal Laws

• Betäubungsmittelgesetz (BtMG): Regulates controlled substances and criminalizes unauthorized trade, possession, and sale of illegal narcotics and restricted compounds.
  
• Neue-psychoaktive-Stoffe-Gesetz (NpSG): Prohibits the manufacture, sale, distribution, import, and trade of synthetic cannabinoids, HHC, and related chemical variants (§ 4 NpSG).
  
• Arzneimittelgesetz (AMG) & Consumer Protection Standards: Restricts unauthorized sale and distribution of unapproved pharmacologically active substances.
  

4. Mandatory Reporting Notice Skitch maintains a zero-tolerance policy for unauthorized inventory. If you or someone you know has purchased any THC, Kratom, CBD, HHC, or synthetic cannabinoid products allegedly sold by or associated with an employee of Skitch, report this immediately:

We currently do not offer shipping for any items.

Certain products—such as batteries, spray paint, spirits, beverages, and e-liquids—cannot be transported via standard postal carriers due to shipping restrictions, flammability risks, and regulatory laws. We display these items in our online catalog solely so local customers can check live inventory before visiting our physical store.

Please visit our Grafenwöhr shop to purchase these items in person. If you have any questions about local stock, feel free to reach out to our team via WhatsApp or phone.

We are not on post, however Go left out of Gate 3 and after you go over the railroad tracks we are the green building on the left.

Everything you need to skate, decks, risers, trucks, bushings, wheels, bearings, grip tape, wax, completes, longboards, helmets & accessories. we also have a baby mini ramp to try out your new deck. We also carry vape devices, juice, vape bars, 20mg salt nic, coils, cotton accessories. We have almost everything you need to vape. In the apparel section we have ball caps, book bags, belts, wallets, Liquid Blue rock and roll t-shirts as well as DC T-shirts & hoodies. We also carry spray paint and Graffiti supplies for artists as well as paint markers and canvas. In our shop you will also find art work by local artists and they are all for sale. The Hot Sauce selection is quite wonderful if you like the heat stop by.

Due to the regulations in the EU we are not selling any type Organic Hemp, however we still have rolling papers, bowls, screens, grinders, rolling trays and assorted Accessories.

No, you cannot buy 50 mg/ml nicotine salt products at our store.Applicable Laws and Regulations

• EU Tobacco Products Directive (TPD2): Under Directive 2014/40/EU Article 20, all nicotine-containing e-liquids sold within the European Union are capped at a maximum nicotine concentration of 20 mg/ml (2%).
  
• German Tobacco Products Act (Tabakerzeugnisgesetz - TabakerzG): Germany transposed the TPD2 into national law via Section 13 of the TabakerzG. This statute explicitly prohibits the sale and distribution of e-liquids or nicotine salt formulations exceeding 20 mg/ml.

Yes there is plenty of parking on the street, we are located at Neue Amberger Str. 54 right on the Main Street going through Grafenwöhr.

First You have to be located Near or in Bavaria, second you have to contact us on Instagram or come to the shop with pictures of your art. If your Art fits what we are looking for we will hang it in the shop for free. If you choose to sell them the profit is 100% yours we keep no money made off the Art Gallery.
