This is their signature sauce. It has a great smoky flavor with a really nice slow lingering heat to it. Not too hot...just right to put on most anything. Add it to your favorite condiments to give them a kick. Salsa, Queso, Ketchup, Ranch Dressing, etc. It goes great with poultry, seafood, tacos, and more... Rated MEDIUM on scale.

After seeing a Food Network host create hot sauces, Tony Spivey decided to try and make his own. It was a hit with his friends and a local Mexican Restaurant. Soon the would come together for “Sauce Day” once a week to create hot sauces that everyone would take home. Many people in the community wanted to get their hands on these sauces and they needed to expand.
