Yesterday, May 25, 2024, Weiden's skateboarding community came alive with the 3rd Annual Skate Contest at JUZ Weiden. Skitch Skate Shop (Grafenwöhr) and JUZ Weiden, with organizers Christopher Leach, Florian Graf, Christof Meier, Michael Ringer, and Christian Neidhardt, welcomed riders from across Germany to compete for thousands of euros in cash and prizes.
As featured on the official event poster and municipal listings (Stadt Weiden in der Oberpfalz / Stadtjugendring Weiden), the event integrated major backing from core industry brands, including Bones Wheels, Bones Bearings, DC Shoes, Independent Truck Company, MOB Grip, Element, Plan B Skateboards, and The Heated Wheel, alongside local partners Trav & Drey Fried Chicken and Das Magische Projekt.
