Skitch Skate Shop is proud to be the driving force behind The Weiden Skate Competition, an annual event that has rapidly become a cornerstone of the local skateboarding scene. Since its inception in 2022, this competition has grown exponentially, thanks to the unwavering dedication of our team: Christopher Leach, Florian Graf, Christof Meier, Michael Ringer and Christian Neidhardt without them there would be no event.

More than just a competition, The Weiden Skate Competition is a vibrant celebration of skateboarding culture. We gather the region’s top talent to showcase their skills across a range of disciplines, including street, park, and bowl. Beyond the thrilling contests, we create a dynamic atmosphere filled with music, exciting demos, good food and opportunities for skaters of all levels to connect and inspire one another. This is a Community event!

 Our commitment to supporting the skateboarding community is evident in our dedication to this event. The prize pool and all donations has exceeded 8000 euros since the competition’s launch in 2022. We believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent while fostering a sense of camaraderie among participants and the local skate community.

 As we look forward to the 2025 competition, we are excited to build upon the success of previous years. Our goal is to continue creating an unforgettable experience for both competitors and spectators alike.
