Crazy Bastard Sauce was created from a passion for chilis. As a life-long chili fan, Jonathan O’Reilly wanted a sauce that isn’t just hot, but has the real characteristic flavor and heat of the chilis at its core. Every chili fan has a favourite pepper type, from Habanero to Ghost Pepper and up to the dreaded Carolina Reaper, and each pepper has a different flavour, heat and identity. The Crazy Bastard Sauces each use a different type of chili, which is paired with ingredients that are specially selected to compliment the flavor of the chili. The peppers are oven roasted to help bring out their flavour and sweetness, and only the highest quality natural ingredients are added. No sugar is used, and the only preservative is a very fine Italian vinegar.
